This Informative Notice, drawn up in adherence with the provisions established by the “Code regarding the protection of personal data” (Italian Legislative Decree D.Lgs 196/2003) and by European Community Regulation no. 1, describes the methods used to process personal data of users who visit the www.koe.it site or use it to access the web services of www.koe.it
It should also be noted that this information is provided only for the website www.koe.it and not for other websites consulted by the user through the links found therein, for which the respective site owners only are responsible for processing the related data.
The owner and manager of all data relating to persons identified or identifiable through this site is Key Optical Europe Srl, located in Loc. La Torre, 14/H 50038 San Piero / Scarperia (FI) VAT number IT04922560489; any data processing connected to the usable web services is carried out at this location exclusively by technical personnel of Key Optical Europe Srl or by persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations.
No data derived by these web services is communicated or distributed; the personal data provided by users who request the sending of informative material providing their written consent are used only to perform the requested service and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary to process the request of the same user.
Automatically acquired data
The computer systems and the operating software of this site automatically acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, addresses in Uniform Resource Identifier notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters related to the operating system and to the user's computer environment); such information is not collected to be associated with the identified interested parties, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning; such data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical IT crimes to the detriment of the site: except for this eventuality, at present the data on web contacts do not persist for more than seven days.
Data submitted voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message; the user is free to provide the personal data contained in the request forms to request the sending of informative material or other communications, being aware that its non-conferment may make it impossible to process the request, without prejudice to what is expressed by the regulation n. 2016/679 EU.
Method of treatment
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected; specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
Rights of the interested parties
The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right, by contacting Key Optical Europe Srl, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or ask for its integration, updating, or correction at any time; the same subjects have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose their treatment in any case, given legitimate reasons.
